Terms: Our terms of payment are net 30 days with established credit. We will make every effort to process credit requests within three business days. ChemNet also accepts payment by Visa, MasterCard, and American Express. Telephone numbers are required to validate your order.

Method of Shipment: Shipments of ChemNet products are F.O.B. shipping point. We generally ship via UPS Ground or Common Carrier. We can ship overnight or 2nd day air at an additional charge.

Claims and Returns: Please inspect your order as soon as it is received. Advise us of any problems with your shipment immediately. Any returns due to customer ordering errors will incur a 10% restocking charge and the customer must arrange the return freight. DOT regulations require that any damaged freight must be reported by the customer to the carrier within seven days of receipt in order to request inspection. Discarded materials cannot be claimed for credit.
If it is necessary to return material, please contact us for a Returned Goods Authorization (RGA) number. Returns must have the assigned RGA number clearly written on the outside of the shipping container, and must be packaged and shipped in compliance with all applicable federal, state and local regulations. Returns must be received by ChemNet within 30 days of RGA approval. The RGA number is void after 30 days. Any returns received without authorization will be refused.

Liability: Products produced, marketed, and/or sold by ChemNet are for laboratory use only and should only be used by or under the supervision of a qualified laboratory technician. ChemNet only assumes the obligation to replace merchandise up to the purchase price. Since we cannot be certain of the intended use of our chemicals, we do not offer any warranties for fitness for the particular purpose or for any losses involving their uses. Our liability covers material in the original container that has not been misused, damaged or tampered with. The buyer takes responsibility to determine the adequacy of our material for their intended or specific use.
