While the US EPA has withdrawn approval of all oil and grease test methods that use Freon 113, which include test methods 413.1 and 418.1, there are no EPA restrictions on using Freon 113 in your lab for general purposes.      American Refrigerants will have Freon 113 available for many years to come.  We will continue to fill your product needs well into the future.
